We have 7 days Return Policy After the Product is delivered to you, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

While returning,

Please make sure that our product(s) is in good, original condition and Unused, of course.

You can even keep any gifted products with you, just return the original product(s).

Once we receive our product(s), we will start the process to refund you.

Refund

After we receive our returned products, Buyer Get Full Or Partial Refund.

1) If you have paid online, your refund will be credited into your same bank account/card within 2 to 4 working days. 

2) If you have placed COD (Cash on Delivery), then we require your bank account details to refund you within 2 to 4 working days.

3) If you want, We can also refund in terms of Sedum Sestri discount code or cashback/credit, which you can use in future purchases on our website. 

If the Product Is Damaged Or Wrong, we will refund the full order amount with a return shipping charge Too. If the Product Is Not Damaged Or Wrong then we will refund the full order amount but unfortunately, we can not help you in return shipping charges.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or give a refund in the below situations.

1) Any Custom Stitched Products/Order or Customer Made Product/Order Exclusively For Particular Valued Customer.

2) Any gift items, free voucher/credit, gift cards, or any virtual items.

Once return shipment is picked up from your premises, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse.

Exchange your standard size garment with your custom size: If our standard sizes don’t fit you and you want custom fit garment in exchange, then you can send us your best fit garment to our Address or send us your measurements. We will construct your garment from the scratch according to your measurement and deliver it to you within 8 to 10 days. We will save your measurements for your future orders also.

For particular order Refund/Exchange is possible for one time Only.
